Operating light consists of several light heads, light bulb is consumables, so the most import thing is checking the light bulb whether it is work normally.The right way to check the light bulb is as below:
Firstly,put a piece of white paper on the operating light working area, if there are arcuation shadow, it means that the light bulb is under unworking condition, it should be changed.
Secondly, the sterilization handle should be checked.Checking way is as below:when you hear 2 times "kada" when instal it, it means the installtion is correct, it is under the working condition.
Finally is the daily clearance,using weak alkaline solution, such as suds, sweep the operating light surface, avoid using chlorine lotion (corroding metal) and alcoholic solution (corroding plastic and paint).

Every year's year check should be done by trained engineer, first tight the power line connector,that is the control box in and out place, and screw and brush on every joint, secondly adjust the rotation limit, bulb working power and every joint brake, then checking the hanging arm verticality and balance， whether the screw on every connector working normally, whether the joint brake work normally, and the rotation limit,cooling effect, bulb and socket condition, sterilized handle installation, illuminance, spot size etc
