Analysis and processing: generally it is caused because the main bulb or spare bulb failure, through the surgery lamp can work normally, the failure bulb should be changed in time, avoiding affect surgery when main bulb and spare bulb failure at the same time. Cut power, unscrew the three fixing screws, pull out the handle assembly, change the failure bulb, when inserting the handle assembly into the lamp head, pay attention to the position of the hole, tighten the three fixing screws, turn on the power, then the surgery lamp can work normally.

2.      Main bulb and spare bulb failure, but the indicator light, surgery lamp not light, changing main bulb and spare bulb is still not working.

Analysis and processing: under normal circumstances, changing bulb can be monitored immediately by monitoring circuit, so it is necessary to find the reasons why cannot monitor it. Remove the handle assembly and gradually troubleshooting those parts and found that the line at main and auxiliary lamp socket public end has been carbonized, after measured found that it is cut off, resulting in automatic monitoring circuit cannot detect the lamp, replace the lamp holder machine then surgery lamp work normally.

Halogen operating light daily maintenance and management

1.      Checking halogen operating light bulb working condition

Mainly check whether the backup power system (battery) is normal. Method: turn off the 220V power to see whether the backup power is start working.

3.      Bulb lifetime

Average halogen bulb lifetime is 1,000 hours. For light holders, basically it can be changed once a year, the premise is to use the light specified by the manufacturer.
