Electric hydraulic operating table principle

Mingtai electric operating table mainly is electric hydraulic driving system, control structure consists of control switch, control valve and electromagnetic valve, provide hydraulic power source via electric hydraulic gear pump, control the reciprocating motion of each two-way hydraulic cylinder, and change operating table position by handle controller, such as height adjustment, forward/backward tilt, lateral tilt, back rest, mobile and fix, meeting surgery’s requirement.

Operating table is made of table board, body, electric controller and accessories. This design not only can operate position changing separately, such as height adjustment, lateral tilt and forward/backward tilt, but also can adjust surgery position by adjusting table board.

The hydraulic system has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, smooth control, easy installation and overall layout. The hydraulic system includes fuel tank, check valve, solenoid valve, relief valve, bag type accumulator, pressure gauge, throttle and cylinder. There are handle controller on 2 sides, every position can be controlled by it.

Operating table’s parameters are controlled by microprocessor. Microprocessor connects hydraulic and motor implementation by control drive, hydraulic and motor implementation do operating table’s position: longitudinal motion, vertically motion, height adjustment, etc.  Adopting scientific circuit design, greatly reducing the line fault point, to ensure the reliability of the action.
