produced new hospital bed, using 3D solidworks digital modeling software
modeling and assembly, and then exported to CAD for modification. Kinematics
and dynamics analysis by mechanical analysis software ADAMS, study hospital bed’s
effect of angular acceleration on patient comfort under various sports
conditions and the stress condition of linear plunger under different postures,
use the ADAMS optimization function to optimize its function kinematics, taking
the minimization of maximum force of linear push rod as the objective function
of dynamic optimization, obtained the mechanical parameters which can meet the
design requirements. Mechanics theory is used to calculate the main parts of
the multifunctional hospital bed respectively, which ensures the safety and
stability of the mechanism movement. Control system uses single-chip control, achieve
the various agencies movement by single-chip control, sensors installation can
control the mechanism turned angle. Use microcontroller-based control system to
meet the control requirements.
