With the development of modern medical technology, precision electronic medical equipment used in operating room is increasing day by day. The electronic ballasts influence for these equipment’s normal usage can not be ignored, such as in cardiothoracic surgery, when patients are equipped with pacemakers or other equipment, they may also be at risk due to the effects of electromagnetic interference.

In summary, to solve these two problems, it is recommended to use LED light source, because the LED is driven by an external or built-in power supply, no ballast is needed, so the problem of strobe can be effectively solved, good quality LED light source can be almost stroboscopic. Besides, using high-end isolated power supply can effectively reduce the electromagnetic interference for precision instruments, extend its life.
