Operating table drive system and its advantage

Operating table drive system consists of 2 kinds: electric hydraulic system and electric motor system. The operating table produced by Shandong Mingtai Medical Equipment Group Co., Ltd mainly drive system is electric hydraulic system, its control structure includes control switch, speed control valve and solenoid valve.

Electric operating table provides hydraulic power source through electric hydraulic gear pump, control each bi-directional hydraulic cylinder’s reciprocating movement, and adjust operating table’s position by handle controller, such as height adjustment, lateral tilt, forward/backward tilt, back rest, move and fix function, meeting surgery’s requirement.

(1)   Electric hydraulic system: Hydraulic system has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, stable control, easy installation and overall layout. Hydraulic systems include fuel tanks, check valves, solenoid valves, relief valves, capsule accumulators, pressure gauges and cylinders. Capsule accumulators can be used as power source, store pressure oil and release energy when needed, achieving automatic pressure compensation according to the pressure gauge. Drive motor driven by its own independent drive. The column of the operating table is equipped with a controller with close-distance control, and various motion controls can be performed by the hand controller.

(2)   Electric motor system: All operating table’s parameters are controlled by microprocessor. Microprocessor connected to the hydraulic and motor execution section by controlling drive section, universal operating table hydraulic and motor execution part is used to complete the various movements, such as longitudinal move, height adjust, table board rotation. Microprocessor design simplifies circuit design, greatly reduce the line fault point, and guarantee the reliability of the movement and the overall stability.
