Halogen operating light daily maintenance and management

1.      Checking halogen operating light bulb working condition

Method: put one white paper in working area, if there is arc shadow, then change the bulb.

Sterilized handle condition: 2 sound “click” when install it

Clean: wash the surface with a mildly alkaline solvent (soapy water); avoid using chlorine-containing lotions (injury metal) and alcohol lotions (injury plastic and paint).

2.      Monthly inspection

Mainly check whether the backup power system (battery) is normal. Method: turn off the 220V power to see whether the backup power is start working.

3.      Bulb lifetime

Average halogen bulb lifetime is 1,000 hours. For light holders, basically it can be changed once a year, the premise is to use the light specified by the manufacturer.

4.      Annual inspection

Maintenance four steps

(1)   Tight: power cord connector (control box input and output office), screws at each joint, brush

(2)   Adjust: rotation limit lamp, operating light voltage (23V AC + DC), brakes for all joints

(3)   Check: vertical and balance of the suspension arm, whether the screw fastening in each connecting part is normal, whether the brake is normal when the joints move, rotation limit, cooling effect, lamp holder lamp state

(4)   Test: sterilized handle installation, illumination, spot diameter
