Hospital surgical table drive working principle

Generally, there are 3 kinds drive for hospital surgical table:

1. Hydraulic transmission means that the oil is injected into the tubing from the tank through an oil pump, solenoid valve controls the opening and closing of the oil circuit, using hydraulic pressure to push the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to achieve various positions of the operating table.

2. Mechanical transmission means sending signals to the motor through the control circuit, the motor drives the transmission components such as the turbine, the worm, the gear, and the rack, thereby realizing various actions of the operating table.

3. The pneumatic part is mainly driven by a self-locking gas spring. The self-locking gas spring has a needle valve at the end of the piston rod. When the needle valve is opened, the self-locking gas spring can be freely adjusted to achieve various positions of the operating table, when the needle valve is released, the self-locking type gas spring can be locked in position at the moment, and the self-locking force is large, and the support can be achieved.
