The
most likely to fail in an hospital surgical
table is the control handle, because of 2 tips: 1. The line connecting
control handle; 2. The mechanical keys on the handle are easily damaged. For
problem 1, basically all the connection line will have this problem. From C-arm
foot to monitor leads, none can survive. Many operation
table manual manufacturers have put some effort into the design of the net,
and their life can be slightly longer, but the range of disconnection extends
to the junction of the net and the line, so I don't think it has solved the
problem fundamentally. My suggestion is that it can be designed as split
design, wireless cable, by wireless communication, let the handle get out of
the operating bed.
For
problem 2, there are restrictions on the use of mechanical keys. When the upper
limit is exceeded, the mechanical structure has changed, which has led to the
implementation of the keys and the control failure. This type of problem can be
referenced to the electromagnetic oven's touch, capacitive or proximity switch
type, but to do a good job locking, careful touch.
