Operation table structure and composition

Generally, surgical OT table consists of table frame and other accessories. The table frame includes support section, transmission section and control section.

Gynecology delivery bed support section, transmission section and control section are different according to different electro OR table manufacturer products. Generally the support section mainly includes three parts: table top, column part and base. The table top is composed of a plurality of support plates with different functions, such as head plate, back plate, waist bridge, hip plate and foot plate. The base part generally includes casters and brake locking devices.

Orthopedic operation table transmission section can be divided into three kinds transmission structure according to the transmission principle: hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic. The hydraulic transmission structure generally includes cylinder, oil pump, solenoid valve, overflow valve, oil pipeline, hydraulic cylinder, etc. Mechanical transmission structures generally include motors, turbines, worm gears, gears, etc. Pneumatic structures generally include self-locking gas springs, etc.

Ophthalmology OR table control section mainly includes control handle (wired or wireless), control panel and foot controller.
