Operating light maintenance

1.      Daily inspection

-Bulb working condition.

Method: Put one paper in working area, if arcuate shape shadow appears, the bulb should be changed

-Disinfecting handle condition.

You can hear 2 click sound when installation

-Clean

Wash surface with weak alkaline solvents (soapy water), Chlorine solution (bad for metal) and alcohol lotion (bad for plastic and paint) are prohibited

2.      Month inspection

Mainly check back up battery.

Method: Cut off power, then check whether the battery is started

3.      For halogen operating light, the bulb life is about 1500h; for bulb socket, generally it should be changed one time in 1 year

4.      Annual inspection

Tight: Power line connector/ Screw/ Brush

Adjust: Rotation limit/Power/Joint brake

Inspection: Hanging arm verticality and balance/Joint screw condition/Joint brake condition/Rotation limit/ Cooling effect/Bulb and bulb socket condition

Detection: disinfecting handle installation/Illuminance/Spot diameter
