Hospital bed is not easy to break because of its manufacturing material and processes, but there will be some minor failures or contamination of some dust and dirt sometimes, so how to maintain it?

Do not overload use, to prevent strong impact, vibration, extrusion and so on. Safe load: static 250kg; dynamic 170kg

Do the joint part examination regularly (Generally once a quarterly) (Such as screw fasteners, add lubricating oil)

Avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis and salts

Wipe it with low concentration cleaning agent, and then wipe clean with wet towel

Below are common faults and troubleshooting methods:

Height adjust failure: check push screw or motor bolts to see whether it is intact

Electric control failure:

Whether the power supply and motor plug are plugged in

Whether it is used for a long time, interval 2-3 minutes and then use

Whether the fuse is intact

Motor abnormal noise:

Add lubricant on active parts

Check whether there is foreign body stuck

Bed body shaking:

Whether the ground is flat

Whether the casters have foreign bodies
