2017 annual awards ceremony concluded successfully

In Jan 1, 2018, Shandong Mingtai Medical Equipment Group Co., Ltd held 2017 annual awards ceremony. All staffs, including CEO and general manager, attend the meeting, leaders from various departments and employee representatives summarized the work for 2017 firstly in meeting, comprehensively reviewed company's achievements and shortcomings in 2017, analyzed company's current development situation and the corresponding measures for the coming year, and planned for 2018.

In the meeting it is pointed out that 2017 is an extraordinary year in Mingtai's development. Mingtai’s all staffs are facing challenges and difficulties under the correct leadership of company, achieving excellent results, it is the result of all staffs’ joint efforts. However, we still have many deficiencies. We can not afford to slacken our efforts. We must make persistent efforts to keep making progress and achieve great success in the coming year. In the new year we will enhance the company's image, accelerate market expansion, improve team building, improve overall quality and skills, improve the internal management system, adjust the remuneration structure, increase education and training efforts to improve employee benefits and protect employee benefits.
